A path to deep inner change
that unites self-knowledge,
neuroscience, and spirituality.

What if the reason
you don't change

isn't you?

The feeling of being incomplete or stuck did not
come from a flaw in you. It came from imprints
stored in your unconscious mind — patterns that
repeat without you choosing them. Yet what the
unconscious has recorded can also be
reprogrammed.

You play different roles all day long. And
somewhere among so many versions, you forget
which one is truly you. You have already tried
therapy. You have promised yourself that this
time would be different. And still, you find
yourself in the same kind of relationship, the
same conflict, the same decision you swore you
would never repeat. This repetition comes from a
memory — a pattern stored in the body long
before it became conscious thought. That is why
willpower alone is not enough.

Meanwhile, you carry the weight of everyone’s routine — children, husband, family, and
work. Your nervous system spends the day responding to external demands. And in that
state, caring for yourself never feels like a priority.

You already know you need to change. You understand it rationally. Your body is sending
signals too, through insomnia, tension, and exhaustion that rest does not relieve. It is
not laziness or lack of willpower. It is your nervous system choosing the familiar
because, to your nervous system, what is familiar “means” safety.

Embracing your past is the first step.

Taking action is what sets you free.

We spend our lives repeating the same
thoughts, the same emotions, the same
reactions, and we call it “personality.”
Yet what feels like you is nothing more
than emotional memory on repeat, a
pattern the brain once learned to
reproduce in order to survive.

Identity is not destiny —
it is a conscious choice.

The truth is that no experience
from your past has the power to
define who you are forever.

Neuroscience explains why change is
possible: the brain continues to reorganize
itself throughout life. You are not bound to
who you were. Every time you think, feel,
and act in a new way, your brain builds new
connections, and a new version of you begins
to emerge.

Understanding the pain is not enough. You
need practice — something you can embody and
integrate into your routine. It is time to
deprogram the past and consciously build a
new version of yourself.

Healing does not happen halfway.

It happens when you are seen as
a whole — mind, body, and spirit.

Here, an integrative development process honors
your individuality and gives you practical tools
to create meaningful change.

Understand. Apply.
And rebuild your relationship with yourself.

About

CompletingYou was born from a passion for investigating human behavior. Driven by her own
life story, Renata began a relentless pursuit of self-knowledge and came to understand
that real change takes more than willpower — it requires transforming the internal state
that underlies everything we experience. While still in her master’s program, Renata
realized how deeply nutrition, sleep, environment, and other factors influence mental
health.

The brain is plastic and thus capable of forming new connections throughout life. At the
same time, the environment we live in influences how our genes are expressed. This is what
science calls epigenetics. We have the ability to change, adapt, and continually grow in
every area of our lives.

“My vision of healing and personal
development embraces every dimension of
the human being. That is why I created
CompletingYou and developed a method
that integrates different approaches
holistically, always honoring each
person’s individuality.

We are body, mind, and spirit, and I
deeply believe in this complex and
fascinating process of transformation.
Each person is unique, and that is how I
see them.”
